Welcome to Keyboard Dust

Happy Halloween! Given that NaNoWriMo kicks off tomorrow, I wanted a place to quickly jot down my thoughts and experiences for the next month plus. I’m hoping to document my word count progress and whatever specific challenges or victories I faced that day. 

Writing is, after all, a solitary endeavor. However, I find the sense of community offered via the Twitter #WritingCommunity hashtag offers a semblance of togetherness missing from other professions. We can be in the literary trenches together, even if we’re on opposite ends of the world. I am, of course, hoping to complete another novel in this November’s National Novel Writing Month. This book is the third installment in an urban fantasy series I’ve been working on since 2016.
